- These
programme focuses on students academic, gross motor, fine motor and
activities of daily living skills and are designed in accordance to
their age and level of ability. This programme is divided ito four
subprogrammes.
- Early Intervention Programme, EIP (3-5 years old). The Programme aims in the development of student's potentials in their early years of life in regards to their cognitive abilities, communication, self care and social skills.
- School Programme (7-12 years old) Providing 2:1 Students-Teacher ratio that design to allow children to cope with their academic works.
- Special Needs Unit (younger age group confined on wheelchair). Special needs programme intend for the younger students that requires intensive rehabilitation interventions and well structured educational programme.
- Life Skill Programme (older age group confined on wheelchair) 50% of this group can manage to cope with their education using assitive devices and using I.T.'s

2. STEP programme
- Started in January 2007 this programme caters for 6-15 year-old children with Autism using PECS (Pictures Exchange Communication System) to communicate. Six months upon the introduction, students under this method achieved significant improvement in speech and behaviour.
3. Work skill programme
- For students 15 year-old above who are either intellectually or physically challenged. They are being trained in various activities appropriate to their age.This group requires continous support from Pusat Ehsan.
4. Sheltered workshop
- For students ages 15-40 years old. All these students completed their workskill programme. With higher level of independence students are trained in various vocational work in preparation for potential future job opportunities.
- Perform packing of KFC condiments for all its branches in Brunei.
- The income being generated from their vocational activities goes directly to the students
5. Handicraft & Hydroponics
- They produce various products from handicrafts and plantation, this serves as pre-employment training ground. Currently, some of the trainees that being trained here, had the opportunity to work outside through the help of supportive companies.
Physical Rehabilitation
- Provides Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services for students and trainees of the centre.
