Challenges

Pusat Ehsan recognized the need of public awareness of people with disabilities on their rights and needs. In raising social inclusion of people with disabilities Pusat Ehsan should play a vital role to coordinate in targeting a wide range of stakeholders, including national, regional and local level decision makers, other NGOs, the media, the public at large and the people with disabilities themselves, to create a greater awareness regarding the social inclusion of people with disabilities in the country. To do this confidence of potential private and public sector donors in supporting the organizational financial need is required.

Moreover, the need of dedicated personnel who have the understanding and skills with rehabilitation and community behavior is one challenge face by the centre.
